Webinars or Online Courses - Online Courses allow the technician to attend the product training course from a location of choice. Therefore, there is no travel, hotel fees or days involved with the technician not being in the field, being productive. The Online Class duration is about 1hr depending on the flow of the class, in most sessions the classes conclude within an hour. The technician is informed, update and ready to provide knowledgeable service.

Regional Classes - Regional Classes are provided in various cities which we bring the training to the servicers. This training class offers training on the latest and greatest of Randell product lines. While also addressing specific field related issues on equipment problems indicated during our service history evaluations. The day consists of a full 8 hour class, 8 AM -4 PM which also includes classroom exercises, hands on exercises and a 30 minute lunch break.

In-House Classes - Our In-House Classes are unique; it's a two day course, we provide training on our core Randell products. Upon arrival the technician will need to rent a car for transportation from the airport to the hotel. We will provide shuttle service from the hotel to the training facility. Once the technical arrive we have a tour of our manufacturing area to enlighten them on process and procedures of assembly before starting the actual classes. This training class is detailed with a full 8 hour day on Tuesday and a half day on Wednesday ending at noon. During this training class we provide classroom style presentations on our products, while also supporting the information provided with hands-on exercises and exams for knowledge retention.
